Prudential working journey

harlow all...is me once again to update our rusty post corner.
*blow away the dust*
Well...3 weeks plus of prudential working life has finally ended.

It had been a brand new experience for me to work in an office.
What have i learn? Well. The route is tough, having to convince people to come down for a career talk with us. Usual singaporean response, would be,'Sorry, i'm not interested'. And as a telemarketer, we have to tackle their questions well. I remembered my worst times, would be the person who wanted to write a complain to my company, by saying he was irritated to keep receiving our calls.

There were times when we were demoralise alot. Sometimes after a call, we would pause for a while before we started dialing again. Because we have to calm our emotions down again before we proceed on. As times goes by, we learned not to take their comments to heart and moved on. So this is something, i really learned from. Not to take people comments too seriously.

I remembered my first few days, when i boarded train to tanjong pagar station. My stomach will feel pain, maybe i was too tense up. But for the last two weeks or so, the situation has improved. Maybe the courage has been built over time. OOps. Haha. Actually throughout part of the journey, shi xuan has light up my working life. Because her response to the customer will be different. And sometimes ruiqi and me will start laughing down there. We miss u ah. Also have to thank our working colleague, xiao ling who guide us along the way.

Hmm.. i remembered i wanted to quit during the first day or so. But thanks to everyone encouragement along the way. Working life is not as easy, and society is very realistic and would judge based on ur performance. Whether you like it or not, you have to endure and prove your worth. From impossible mission, we finally book appointments with people along the way. So this is satisfaction that we get in work.

The last moments we left the company, we shook hands with managers for their guidance. Though, quite unhappy with our manager, still i think it would be good if we ended it happily. So we started to raise our hands slightly up for a hand shake. :) She told us to call back during our next holiday, whether this project is still on anot, maybe we can come back or so. *faint*...anyway, our freedom is here.
